  1. Why am I receiving this email?

    Federal regulation requires that a consumer receive a free copy of the property appraisal, regardless of whether credit is extended, denied, incomplete, or withdrawn. The copy of your appraisal is being electronically delivered to you on a secure platform.

  3. How long do I have to access my appraisal?

    You have 3 days to retrieve your appraisal electronically. After this period, the link will close and you will not be able to access the webpage.

     

  4. Do I need to do anything with my appraisal after I view it?

    No the lender will be contacting you afterwards to set your closing date.

     

  5. I received multiple appraisals for my property.

    A lender may request or require different types of appraisals. A copy of each, if applicable, will be delivered to you electronically.

     

  6. I am having difficulties accessing or viewing my appraisal.
